A Spiritual Guide

I am certified in Spiritual Awareness and also Relaxation Therapy, which is an alternative form of psychology. I am trained to help individuals overcome bad habits, some addictions, stress and anger through talking, reflection, & meditation.

I am also studying Christian Psychology and hope to get my degree in a couple of years.

I am easy going, love kids and just love the life the the Lord has blessed me with.

Time is too short to live it in a blur, it is time to slow down, let go and let God lead me.

I attend Central Fellowship Baptist Church and am an assistant in the nursery.

I believe in the Words of the King James Bible as the true written Word of God and try to live my life according to the New Testament.
